No show & same day Cancellation: appointments canceled or missed without notice will incur 25% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee helps cover the time reserved for you. rescheduling with 24 hours: if you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we'll do our best to accommodate you.
